Miles Coverdale Nursery
Our Nursery is available for children aged 3 and over and it is a great way to prepare your child for Reception.
We only offer free part-time places from 08:50-11:50.
Children in Nursery spend time learning, creating, singing, dancing and socialising. Making friends and learning social skills is very important and our highly experienced team work with groups and individuals to encourage friendship and confidence.
Joining our nursery
We hope that the information on this website has been helpful and that you want your child to come to our lovely nursery. You can request a visit through our school office by contacting 020 8743 5847 or through email admin@milescoverdale.lbhf.sch.uk
You can apply for your child to join our Nursery through our form here and return it to admin@milescoverdale.lbhf.sch.uk. Alternatively you can pop into the main office between 9.00 and 3.00 to collect a form. If you want to apply for a September start the deadline for applications is 30th April and offers are made at the start of the summer term (mid-May). However, we do sometimes have available places and children can start attending the nursery as soon as they turn 3, so please enquire at the main office. Our nursery team like to conduct home visits before your child joins the nursery so that your child and our team can get to know each other. The nursery offers a staggered intake to give children time to adjust to their new environment and this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our highly experienced nursery teacher, Miss Cisek.
