We are situated in the heart of Shepherds Bush which is ideal for transport links and a great area for filming. So, if you're looking for somewhere to film your next project, run a club, have a meeting or hold a party, we will be able to help. Business Meetings
If you're a business looking for a space to hold meetings or training we have a range of spaces for hire including two halls, a music room and our specially-built modular building, The Qube. The Qube is a self contained annex with everything you could need to hold a business meeting and you can find out more about it on our Qube page.
Party Hire
Lots of people use our school to hold their children's parties (and, sometimes, adults too!). Our party package is very popular - you can hire the ground floor hall and 1 playground for three hours for just £150.00. If the weather's nice the children will enjoy the freedom of running around the playground or you can use the space to put a bouncy castle or other inflatables.
Long-Term Hire
We are happy to discuss a long-term regular booking with you. Please email sbm@milescoverdale.lbhf.sch.uk
With each hire you will be given two free parking spaces in our car park. Additional spaces can be requested at a charge of £10.00 per car for the hire period up to 6 hours.

This venue is absolutely fantastic to hire. I’ve had a few kids parties in the space and arranging the hire of the venue is very easy. The staff are wonderfully helpful through booking and also accessing the building. Hassan, the site manager is extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating. He goes out of his way to be available, answer any questions and help you get set up. The space is great with indoor and outdoor areas and can accommodate all sorts of weather. This is the best place in the area to host parties".
