Data Protection at Miles Coverdale
In May 2018 the data protection laws and legal framework changed. This means that individuals have much more right about the information the companies and schools process and store. Miles Coverdale has created a suite of policies to ensure our staff understand and manage data protection accordingly and to help parents/carers to understand their rights about the data we hold and process. Our policies are available in the data protection policies page.
Our Data Protection Officer is Caroline Collins. She can be contacted through the school and by email: dpo@milescoverdale.lbhf.sch.uk
Accessing Information
You have a right to request information about data that we hold about your child and this is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). Requests should be reasonable and made in writing. You can use the form below to submit your request or, alternatively, you can make the request in writing by post or by email to dpo@milescoverdale.lbhf.sch.uk.
You can access the SAR form here.
